When can I expect my package?
Items are received between 12-14 business days. Custom made items may take longer, but shipping time will be stated in product description area and customers will be aware of delays via email and/or by checking their tracking numbers. Handbags are a two step process. Courier service FedEx or DHL ships bags in bulk to Missouri they are then shipped via USPS priority box. Priority boxes do include insurance. Packages are currently shipped with a hand sanitizer while supplies last. Be aware that mail carrier services (fedex, USPS, DHL, ect) are EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

We currently ship everywhere in the USA except Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Due to covid-19 for sanitary reasons and health safety all sales are final no refunds or exchanges. If the product is defective or damaged please contact customer care. We strive on excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction so any issues please reach out via email at [email protected]. If you make a purchase and wish to cancel we ask that you cancel within 24 hours. Cancelled payments take up to 10 business days or less depending on your Bank. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check address before submitting order. Billing address must match debit/credit card being used in order to avoid cancellation of order or shipping delays. If billing address is different from card ZELLE and payment through CASHAPP is accepted. Approved return items have a restocking fee of $35.00-$50.00.

iPhone XR and XS MAX have their own sizing
iPhone 11, 11 pro and 11 pro max all have different dimension hence their cases cannot fit one another, however the iphone 11 case can fit on the iphone XR.
